Advanced Droznin Intensive

About Advanced Droznin: Drozin is the actor’s movement style developed by Andrei Drozin that utilizes bone-on-bone picture building, and is a large part of Poison Apple’s signature stagecraft. Droznin is not a way to simply teach students "stage tricks" but "to make connection between body and mind, body and soul, so when they feel something, they will immediately express themselves”. Droznin has also described his method as "living movement" which is "stage movement that blurs the boundaries between dance, mime, and vernacular gesture," which in turn allows the audience to identify with the performance on a much stronger arm. In this class students will build on foundations of balance, flexibility, and stamina, perfect for anyone wanting to develop or maintain their movement repertoire.
